End of an era!
Wow, has it been almost an entire month since my last post - how strange. I hope I can try to claim that I've been busy, but I guess that's a bit of a flimsy excuse (as 'when am I not'?). I seem to recall that I was going to post once a couple of weeks back, but was then interrupted by some major nationwide emergency that required my attention.
The point being that when you've known a couple of people for such a long time, that when suddenly they've gone from being two people who you thought you knew to suddenly being this shiny new 'Fweysey' man-and-wife conglomorate that in your heart there's some kind of a feeling of loss, some kind of a feeling of uncertainty of how they'll each have changed (on return from their Honeymoon), and just how the relationships between you and them will have to change in the years to come. Scary huh?! Or maybe it's just that - as Morgan Freedman says in 'The Shawshank Redemption' - "I guess I just miss my friend[s]". Awwwww, bless....
As for me - I've just booked my holiday for later this month - our global church is having yet another conference (this one about worship leading and stuff like that) and I decided to go! Difference being that it's in Nashville, Tennesee in the United States of America.

Of course, anyone reading this who has relatives - preferably sane - in New York, Philly or DC who would just love to offer a random british guy a bed for a few days in the first week in July - please do get in touch! ;-)

Anyway - Mike, who's sleeping on our sofa tonight - is finding it hard to sleep with the light on, so - now the water's up to temperature - I'll go and have my bath and leave him in peace.
